Fruit - Cranberry - Cranberry Sauce By Glenda

3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice


Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring just to a boil and then turn heat down to simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Cool. Store in refrigerator.

1 bag (12 oz/3 cups) cranberries 1 cup Port wine 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/8 tsp. ground cloves In 2 quart. saucepan, heat all ingredients to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to med. and cook, uncovered until most cranberries pop. (5-8 min.), stirring occasionally. (Mixture will thicken as it cools) Spoon into serving bowl; cover and refrigerate until well chilled, 3 hours or up to 4 days. Makes about 2 cups.

2 Cups fresh cranberries 1 Cup sugar 1/4 Cup apple brandy Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Mix ingredients well in a pyrex dish, cook in oven for an hour and a half. Stir every 20 minutes or so. Keep in tight container in the fridge. It mellows with age.
