Fruit - California Fruit Salad

Dressing:
1/2 c (4 oz) sour cream
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1 1/2 tsp sugar

Salad:
2 medium honeydew melons or cantalopes, cut in halves
2 navel oranges, peeled and sectioned
3/4 c seedless red grapes
3/4 c raisins
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced


Combine dressing ingredients well.

Place melon halves on individual salad plates. Combine other ingredients and spoon into melon haves. Serve with dressing. 4 servings.

1 cup buttermilk or milk 1 ( 3 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding 1 ( 8 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1/2 package Fudge Stripe Cookies, broken up 1 large can fruit cocktail or crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges, drained Mix buttermilk or milk, pudding mix, cool whip and fruit together. Refrigerate. Just before serving, add broken cookies.
