Fruit - Blueberry Jell-o Salad

1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (6-ounce) or 2 (3-ounce) boxes black cherry Jell-O®
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup sour cream
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar

Drain pineapple and add enough water to juice to make 2 cups of liquid. Bring this to a boil and dissolve Jell-O in the mixture. Add 1 cup cold water, blueberry pie filling, nuts and pineapple. Pour into a 9x13x2-inch pan and let congeal.

Mix sour cream, cream cheese and sugar. Spread on top of Jell-O. Chill 8 hours.

2 3/4 to 3 1/4 cups bread flour divided 4 teaspoons sugar 1 package Rapid Rise yeast 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup nonfat peach yogurt 2 egg whites 1/3 cup dried blueberries or dried cranberries 1/3 cup chopped dried peaches In large bowl, combine 1-cup flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Heat water and yogurt until very warm (120 to 130 degrees) stir into dry ingredients. Stir in egg whites, blueberries, peaches and enough remaining flour to make soft dough. On lightly floured surface, knead until smooth and elastic 4 to 6 minutes. Cover and let rest 10

3 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2/3 c. shortening 1 1/3 c. sugar 4 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained 2 c. blueberries 1 c. chopped nuts (optional) 1/2 c. flaked coconut Cream shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs, milk, lemon juice and pineapple. Beat in dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries, nuts and coconut. Put in 3 small bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Take out of pans and cool on rack. Freezes well.
