Fruit - Banana - Bread Machine Banana Bread

1 1/2 cup sliced ripe banana
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp honey
2 cup Bread Flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 tsp bread machine yeast


Select loaf size. Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer’s directions. Select White Cycle and Light Crust setting.

Large Loaf (1 1/2 lb/3 cup or 2 lb/4 cup machine)
