Fruit - Apple - Huckleberry Apple Pie

2 Tbs. flour
2 Tbs. sugar
Apples
1 1/2 cups huckleberries
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cube butter
Nutmeg
Pastry for 2 crusts


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Put bottom crust in pie pan. Mix 2 Tbs. flour and 2 tbs. sugar and sprinkle over bottom crust.

Slice a layer of apples over flour-sugar mixture. Add huckleberries and cover with another layer of apples. Top with 1 1/4 cups sugar, dot with butter and few sprinkles of nutmeg. Put on top crust. Bake 45-60 minutes in 350F oven.
