Fruit - Apple - German Apple Cake

1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
2 cups (1 can) prepared apple pie filling
3 eggs
Cool Whip or whipped cream for topping


In a large bowl, combine cake mix, apple pie filling and eggs. Beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes on medium speed, scraping sides of bowl. Pour into a 13" x 9" pan that has been greased and dusted with flour.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Cool completely. Serve topped with sweetened whipped cream or Cool Whip.
