Fruit - Apple Cinnamon Cobbler

2 (21 oz.) cans apple pie filling
1 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
Cinnamon to taste
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine

Preheat oven to 375° F. Pour pie filling into 2-quart oblong baking dish.

Combine flour, sugars, and cinnamon and pour over apples. Cover with thin slices of margarine. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Note: Best served with vanilla ice cream.

1 (2 layer) spice or yellow cake mix 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling 3 eggs 3 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend first 3 ingredients together in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Spread half the batter in a greased 9x13 pan; sprinkle with half the cinnamon sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining batter and sugar mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes, till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Makes 12 servings.
