Fruit - Apple Caramel Salad

1 small package instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 ( 8 oz. ) carton Cool Whip
1 ( 8 oz. ) can crushed pineapple
1 cup mini marshmallows
3 cups chopped apples with peels
1 cup dry roasted peanuts


Mix dry pudding, Cool Whip and pineapple and juice. Stir in remaining ingredients. Then refrigerate.
