Fruit - Apple - Apple Spice Snack Cake
1 package spice cake mix (18-1/4 oz.)1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat on medium speed for a bout 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 13x9 baking dish.
Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Yield: 15 servings.

Pour cans of apple pie filling into 13x9 pan. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and sugar. Sprinkle mixture over pie filling. Pour the dry box of cake mix over apples. Dot with butter and scatter nuts on top. Bake for 45 min. to an hour, until cake is brown on top
