Fruit - Apple - Apple Cinnamon Cake

1 (2 layer) spice or yellow cake mix
1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
3 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend first 3 ingredients together in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Spread half the batter in a greased 9x13 pan; sprinkle with half the cinnamon sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining batter and sugar mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes, till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Makes 12 servings.

2 (21 oz.) cans apple pie filling 1 cup flour 2/3 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar Cinnamon to taste 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine Preheat oven to 375° F. Pour pie filling into 2-quart oblong baking dish. Combine flour, sugars, and cinnamon and pour over apples. Cover with thin slices of margarine. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Note: Best served with vanilla ice cream.

1 (10 oz.) canned apple pie filling 1 (10 oz.) cream cheese 1 (9 in.) crumb crust 4 tbsp. sour cream 4 pkgs. instant spiced cider beverage mix 4 oz.. light whipped topping, thawed 1 crunchy-type granola bar Spread pie filling on bottom of pie crust. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and spiced cider mix until fluffy. Beat in thawed whipped topping. Pour over apple pie filling and refrigerate. Crush granola bar and sprinkle on top just before serving. It is best made and let sit over night.
