Fishandseafood - Tuna Salad By Jeannie's Mom
1 (6 oz). can tuna solid white packed in water1 Macintosh apple peeled and chopped fine
1 teas. horseradish, or more to taste
Hellman's mayonnaise, to taste
Drain tuna and flake into bowl.Add apple and horseradish and mix.Add enough mayonnaise to create tuna salad to taste.

1 (6 oz.) can tuna (spring water) 1/2 cup celery, diced 1/2 cup carrots, diced 1/2 cup green onions (tops and bottoms), diced 1 apple, diced sweet pickle relish or diced pickles (to taste) 2 boiled eggs (optional), chopped Fat Free Miracle Whip, (to taste) Mix and serve as sandwiches or a salad. Lowfat Tostitoes are great with this if serving as a salad.
