Fishandseafood - Tuna - Great Tuna Melts

1 (7 oz.) pkg. Starkist Albacore Tuna
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded carrot
2 T. mayonnaise
4 English muffins, split


Combine all ingredients except muffins; mix well. Divide tuna evenly onto muffin halves. Place on
broiler pan; broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
