Fishandseafood - Trout With Cream

6 trout
1 gill sour cream
salt and freshly ground pepper
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 pint double cream
1 teaspoon sweet marjoram

Clean fish and pat dry. Lay in buttered fireproof dish, add butter and marjoram. Bake at 350 F. - Regulo 3, for about 25 minutes.

Stir the double cream into the sour cream and pour over the fish. Bake for a further 10 minutes at same temperature. Serve at once.

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine 1/4 C. flaked or slivered blanched almondsJuice of 1 lemon (2 Tbsp. or more) Lemon wedges Parsley Dip fillets in flour.Saute fish in butter until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove trout to a heated plate and put in warm oven. Add almonds and lemon juice to butter remaining in pan. Stir almonds until they are hot, and serve trout sprinkled with almonds. Garnish with lemon wedges.
