Fishandseafood - Shrimp - Baked Stuffed Shrimp With Crab

1 lb. shrimp (16 to 20)
8 oz. crab meat
6 oz. bread crumbs
5 oz. onion
2 1/2 oz. red bell pepper
2 1/2 oz. green bell pepper
1 egg yolk
2 oz. butter
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. poupon mustard
2 oz. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Lea & Perrins worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper


Finely diced onion, red pepper and green pepper. Saute in butter without color and add crabmeat and mix. Remove from heat and add bread crumbs, add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Season to taste. Peel, devein and butterfly shrimp. Stuff with crab stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown; about 5 to 6 minutes.

1 1/2 sticks butter 1/2 cup olive oil 2 lemons 6 toes garlic 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp.cayenne pepper 1 Tbsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning 2 lbs. shrimp, deheaded, washed and drained with shells on Melt butter in pan. Add all other ingredients except shrimp. Heat 5 minutes. Place shrimp in 13x9 inch baking pan. Add heated ingredients. Squeeze 1 1/2 lemons over pan. Bake approximately 10 minutes or until shrimp are pink; check after 5 minutes and stir. Squeeze remaining 1/2 lemon over pan.

Source: Chris Killenberg Great Southern Shrimp Co. 1 lb. jumbo 16/20 shrimp, thawed, butterflied, and rinsed 1 egg, beaten 6 oz. lump crabmeat 2 Tbl. heavy cream 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 6 Tbl. butter salt & pepper 1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper 1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine egg, crabmeat, cream, mustard, and salt in a large bowl. Melt butter in a skillet over low heat. Remove from heat, dredge shrimp in butter, then arrange shrimp in a baking dish. Season shrimp lightly with salt and pepper. Return skillet to medium heat.
