Fishandseafood - Salmon - Poor Man's Smoked Salmon Spread

3 1/2 ounces water packed salmon
1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 onion, grated
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
4-5 drops of liquid smoke, or to taste


Drain and clean salmon of any bones. Blend in food processor. Chill before serving.
