Fishandseafood - Lemon Butter Broiled Salmon Steaks

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 t. prepared mustard
2 T. butter or margarine
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. paprika
1/8 t. each dried matjoram and pepper2 salmon steaks, about 3/4" thick
snipped parsley and lemon twists, for garnish


About 35 minutes before dinner, preheat broiler 10 minutes.

Mix together mayonnaise and mustard.

In small saucepan, over low heat, melt butter and blend in lemon juice, paprika, marjoram and pepper.
