Fishandseafood - Langostino With Garlic Mayonnaise
3 cups Cooked chopped langostino1 cup Mayonnaise
1 Clove garlic; crushed
Refrigerate langastino or shrimp until well chilled.
Combine mayonnaise with garlic in small bowl. Place bowl in center of serving plate.
To serve, arrange langastino around bowl of garlic mayonnaise. Serve with toothpicks for dipping.

Add langostinos and simmer a couple of minutes. Add flour and blend. Add evaporated milk and seasonings. Cook until thickened. Add sherry and beat through.

1 pkg. langostinos 4 Tblsp. butter 1/2 cup boiling water 4 Tblsp. flour 1 large can evaporated milk 1/4 cup sherry (optional) salt, pepper, Accent, nutmeg to taste Melt butter in boiling water. Add langostinos and simmer a couple of minutes. Add flour and blend. Add evaporated milk and seasonings. Cook until thickened. Add sherry and beat through.
