Fishandseafood - Halibut - Sour Cream Halibut
1 cup white wine1 tsp. salt
1 to 1-1/2 lb. halibut fillet, salmon, tilapia, etc
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions
fine breadcrumbs
paprika
Mix wine and salt and marinate halibut in this mixture for much of the day.
Drain fish on paper towel; dip both sides in breadcrumbs and place in a greased baking dish.
Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream and green onions. Spread over fish. Sprinkle top with remaining breadcrumbs and paprika.
Bake at 500º F. for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

8 Tomatillos, papery husks removed 1/4 cup coarsely chopped red bell pepper 1 small jalapeno pepper, minced 1/4 cup cilantro leaves 1/4 cup orange juice 2 Tblsp rice wine vinegar 4 5-ounce halibut steaks In small saucepan, place first six ingredients.
