Fishandseafood - Bbq Prawns

I kg (~ sl. less than 2 lb) large green (ie. raw) prawns in shell
juice of 4 limes or lemons
6 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tabs. (Aus), that's 3 tabs (US/ Euro) chopped coriander (cilantro / Chinese parsley)
1/2 teasp, salt
fresh ground black pepper
125ml (1/2 cup) oil

Place unshelled prawns in large non-porous bowl. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over prawns. Stir to coat with dressing and allow to marinate for at least 1 hr. (covered).

Grill over charcoal and serve with wedges of limes or lemons.

1 pound shrimp or 1 pound of seafood delight1/2 cup butter 3cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt 1/2 cup bread or cracker crumbs Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. In a small saucepan, combine all remaining ingredients except bread or cracker crumbs. Heat until the butter has melted, stirring to mix the seasonings. Pour evenly over the shrimp, reserving two tablespoons.Add reserved seasoned butter to bread or cracker crumbs, mix well. Sprinkle

1 egg yolk 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 3/4 cup olive oil 2 tbsp. chopped chives 1/4 cup wine vinegar 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, cooked until tender crisp 1 shallot, chopped fine 1 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned and cooked Use blender or hand beater. Using blender, place egg yolk in container and blend for 10 seconds.(Hand: Mix for 2 min). Add oil, vinegar and mustard. Beat only til mixture is creamy. Place dressing in bowl with shallots, herbs , artichoke hearts and shrimps. Marinate for several hours, or overnight. Looks lovely served in a silver or silverplate
