Fishandseafood - Bar-b-que Shrimp, New Orleans Style

1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 cup olive oil
2 lemons
6 toes garlic
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp.cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 lbs. shrimp, deheaded, washed and drained with shells on


Melt butter in pan. Add all other ingredients except shrimp. Heat 5 minutes.

Place shrimp in 13x9 inch baking pan. Add heated ingredients. Squeeze 1 1/2 lemons over pan.

Bake approximately 10 minutes or until shrimp are pink; check after 5 minutes and stir. Squeeze remaining 1/2 lemon over pan.

Lea & Perrins worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper Finely diced onion, red pepper and green pepper. Saute in butter without color and add crabmeat and mix. Remove from heat and add bread crumbs, add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Season to taste. Peel, devein and butterfly shrimp. Stuff with crab stuffing.
