Drinks - White Peach Lemonade

3 fresh white peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cup water
1 cup ice cubes


Place the peaches and sugar in a blender and puree. Place the lemon juice and water in a pitcher and add the strained, pureed peaches. Pour into tall, ice-filled glasses.

3/4 Cup granulated sugar 3/4 Cup hot water 1 Liter cold selzter water 1/2 t root beer concentrate 1/8 t root beer concentrate (McCormick is best) Dissolve the sugar in the hot water. Add the root beer concetrate and let cool. Combine the root beer mixture with the cold seltzer water, drink immeidately, or store in refrigerator in tightly covered container. Makes 5 cups.

2 cups watermelon -- peeled, seeded and cubed 1/4 cup raspberries 1/4 cup water Juice of 2 to 3 lemons to taste 1 tablespoon sugar plus extra to taste Melon wedges -- optional garnish In a blender, process watermelon, raspberries and water until pureed. Press through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl, discarding solids. Stir in lemon juice and sugar to taste. Serve chilled with watermelon wedges if desired. Serves 2
