Drinks - Wedding Punch

2 cans (12 oz. each) frozen lemonade concentrate
2 cans (12 oz. each) frozen pineapple concentrate
1 quart water
1 liter gingerale
1 liter bottle sparkling water
1 large bottle of white grape juice or champagne (use some of each)


Combine juices and water in a large punch bowl; mix well. Right before serving, add ginger ale, sparkling water and juice/champgane. Stir to blend.

Granish glasses with strawberries and a spring of mint. (You can freeze the strawberries and mint in ginger ale. )

Place edible flowers in each cup of an ice cube tray or ice ring and fill with sparkling water.

1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice 1 (15 oz ) can cream of coconut 1 qt. lemon-lime soda 1 liter bottle ginger-ale 1 qt. lime sherbert Chill all liquids thoroughly before mixing. Blend 1 cup pineapple juice and cream of coconut in blender. Add to punch bowl with remaining pineapple juice. Mix well; add lemon-lime soda and ginger ale to fill bowl to 3/4 full. Add sherbert spoonfuls at a time as you think is needed, then rest of ginger ale to fill the bowl.

Make the Orange/Peach juice using 2/3rds of the water called for. Add the soda and ice. That's it. If you're concerned about the punch getting watered down by the ice melting, make the orange/peach ahead of time and freeze some in ice trays.
