Drinks - Watermelon Lemonade
2 cups watermelon -- peeled, seeded and cubed1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup water
Juice of 2 to 3 lemons to taste
1 tablespoon sugar plus extra to taste
Melon wedges -- optional garnish
In a blender, process watermelon, raspberries and water until pureed. Press through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl, discarding solids. Stir in lemon juice and sugar to taste. Serve chilled with watermelon wedges if desired. Serves 2
