Drinks - Strawberry Not A Colada

3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
2 cups fresh or unsweeetened frozen strawberries
8-12 packets equal
4 tsp lime juice
3/4 tsp coconut extract
12-16 ice cubes

1 pint strawberries 3 Tbl. sugar 2 Tbl. water 2 cups ice 1/2 cup Coco Lopez coconut cream 1/2 cup pineapple juice 1 oz. cream or half and half Wash strawberries and remove hulls. Place in a blender with sugar and water. Blend until smooth. Recipe makes 2 cups of strawberry sauce, so you'll have extra. You can freeze any left over for future use. Place ice, coconut cream, pineapple juice and cream or half and half in a blender. Add 1/2 cup of the strawberry sauce. Blend until smooth. Pour into pina colada glasses and garnish with a pineapple wedge

1 cup fresh strawberries 1/2 cup fresh raspberries 1/4 cup fresh blueberries 3/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate 1 2/3 cups chilled carbonated water 1 recipe Berry Ice Cubes Combine berries and apple juice concentrate in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into pitcher and slowly pour in carbonated water. Pour over Berry Ice Cubes in tall, chilled glasses and serve immediately.
