Drinks - St. Patrick's Punch

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello mix
2-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup boiling water
7 cups cold water
1 (12 oz.) bottle lemon juice
1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
2 to 3 drops green food coloring
1 tsp. almond extract
1 qt. ginger ale (cold)


Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water in a large saucepan; add cold water, lemon juice, pineapple juice, food coloring and almond extract.

4 cups cold water 4 tea bags 2 cups water 2 cups white or red grape juice 2 cups cranberry juice cocktail 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves 1 lemon -- sliced 1 orange -- sliced lemon and/or lime wedges In a 4-qt Dutch oven bring 4 cups cold water to a boil; remove from heat. Add tea bags. Let steep for 3-5 min. Discard tea bags. Stir in 2 cups water, grape juice, cranberry juice, sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 min.
