4 oz. cream of coconut (not coconut milk)
5 to 6 scoops Breyer's vanilla ice cream (or another high-quality brand)
2 or 3 squares of graham crackers
Whipped cream or Cool Whip®


Put first three ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency. Top with whipped cream or cool-whip. Yields 2 servings.
