Drinks - Shakes/smoothies - Fruit Salad Smoothie

1 Medium ripe peach
3/4 Cup Strawberries -- Fresh OR frozen
1/2 Banana -- Peeled
2 Cups Evaporated milk -- Skimmed and chilled
4 Teaspoons Frozen orange juice concentrate -- thawed
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
4 ice cubes (4 to 6)
Cinnamon -- Optional


Combine all ingredients in blender, except ice and cinnamon. With blender running, add ice cubes one at a time. Divide Smoothie into 4 chilled glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.

1 medium frozen banana 2 cups skim or 1% milk 1 medium frozen peach Sweetener -- optional 1/2 cup strawberries 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract -- optional In blender, combine peeled banana, peeled peach, strawberries (fresh or frozen) and milk.
