Drinks - Shakes/smoothie - Tangy Summer Blend Smoothie

1 nectarine
6 ounces fat-free peach frozen yogurt*
1/2 cup Dole Pine-Orange-Guava juice
1/2 cup sugar-free lemonade
1 packet Equal sweetener -- or 2 teaspoons of sugar (1 gram)


Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until Smoothie consistency is reached.

6 ounces orange juice 3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1 banana, sliced 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon honey Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Adjust consistency (depending on banana size) with orange juice. Pour into glasses and serve.
