Drinks - Sangria

1 (750 ml) bottle of white wine
1/2 cup peach schnapps
2 tblsp cointreau
1 tbsp sugar
1 lemon, sliced
1 orange, sliced
1 peach or nectarine, sliced
1 (10 ounce) can club soda


Combine white wine, peach schnapps, and cointreau, and sugar. Mix in a large pitcher with slices of fruit. Let sit 30 minutes to blend flavours.

To serve, add club soda and serve over ice in a glass. Nice summer drink.
