Mix and add
scoop of ice cream or more
mix again.

Pineapple Milkshakes

20 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

mix all until smooth! drink and enjoy!

Creamy Apple Milkshake

2 containers (8 oz. each) vanilla lowfat yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 cup thawed, frozen apple juice, concentrate, undiluted
3 cups milk

Thoroughly combine yogurt, sugar, honey and apple juice concentrate. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled. Add milk to chilled yogurt mixture and serve cold. Yield: 6 servings.

Perfect Milkshake

simply combine the following ingredients in a blender until it is smooth.

5 large scoops chocolate ice cream
1/2 cup of milk (less if your ice-cream is very soft, more if it is very frozen)
2 big tablespoons natural creamy peanut-butter
A big squirt of chocolate syrup, use your imagination for an exact amount
6 Hershey's mini chocolate bars finely chopped (or substitute an equivilant amount of a
regular sized chocolate bar)
1 cut-up banana
optional: one Reese's peanut-butter cup

1 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened 1 cup crushed pineapple (fresh or use one 8 oz. can) 2 Tbsp. apricot jam 1 (12.3 oz.) pkg Mori-Nu Silken Lite Firm Tofu 1 ripe banana Combine all ingredients in a blender. Whip until smooth. Chill or blend in a few ice cubes. Serve cold. Makes 2 (10 oz.) servings. 262 calories 9.5g protein 1g fat; 51g carbohydrate 0mg cholesterol

1 cup watermelon, diced and seeded 1 cup honeydew, diced 1 cup cantaloupe, diced 1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt (may use light yogurt) 2 tablespoons frozen limeade concentrate 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/2 cup crushed ice Place watermelon, honeydew and cantaloupe in blender cup. Liquefy on high speed. Add yogurt, limeade and vanilla. Blend. Gradually add crushed ice on highest speed until ice is completely incorporated. Serve immediately. Makes 3 to 4 servings Approximate values pe serving: 182 calories, 1 g fat, 4 mg cholesterol, 40 g carbohydreates, 25 mg sodium, 7 percent calories from fat
