Drinks - Lavender Lemonade By Juanita

1 heaping Tbs. dried lavender flowers
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup freshly-squeezed lemon juice
pinch of salt
3 cups water


In a small saucepan, mix the lavender flowers, sugar, and one cup water. Bring to a boil; turn down to a simmer and cover. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. When cooled, mix with lemon juice, salt, and three cups water. Serve over ice.
