Drinks - Frozen Mockarita
2 cups cold water1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup lime juice
16-20 packets equal
16-24 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high for 10 seconds or until slushy. If desired, salt rim of cocktail glass before filling. Makes a 8 ounce serving. Calories per serving 50 Diabetic exchange 1 fruit

1 heaping Tbs. dried lavender flowers 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 2/3 cup freshly-squeezed lemon juice pinch of salt 3 cups water In a small saucepan, mix the lavender flowers, sugar, and one cup water. Bring to a boil; turn down to a simmer and cover. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. When cooled, mix with lemon juice, salt, and three cups water. Serve over ice.
