Drinks - Fitness Fruit Frappe

1 medium frozen banana
2 cups skim or 1% milk
1 medium frozen peach
Sweetener -- optional
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract -- optional


In blender, combine peeled banana, peeled peach, strawberries (fresh or frozen) and milk. Cover and blend until smooth, about 20 seconds. Sweeten to taste, with honey or sugar, and add vanilla if desired. Pour into glasses. Makes 2 servings.

NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS (per serving): 9 grams protein, 1 gram fat

4 bananas 2/3 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup sugar 2/3 cup light cream or half & half 2 cups lemon-lime soda 2 cups vanilla ice cream Slice banana into blender. Add lemon juice and blend until smooth.
