Drinks - Cafe Orange
1/2 c crushed or chopped ice1/2 to 2/3 c cold coffee, extra strong
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 c Grand Marnier or Cointreau
1/4 tsp grated orange rind
1 c milk
Fill a measuring cup to 1/2 c line with ice. Pour coffee over until it reaches 1 c mark. Combine this with remaining ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until foamy.
Serve in tall glasses. If desired, garnish with orange slices.

1/4 cup non-dairy coffee creamer 1/3 c. sugar 1/4 cup instant coffee 2 T. powdered baking chocolate Cover and process in a process in a processor. Mix one level tablespoon with 6 ounces of boiling water.
