Drinks - Banana Milk Shake
1 med. banana cut-up and frozen1 cup skim milk
1 tsp. banana flavoring
1-2 packets sugar substitute
Put all into blender, blend till frothy.

Drinks - Banana Raspberry Smoothie
1 cup pineapple juice 1 cup raspberries 1 cup vanilla yogurt 2 ripe medium bananas In blender, combine pineapple juice, yogurt (or frozen yogurt), raspberries and peeled bananas. Cover; blend until smooth. Makes 3 servings.
