Dips - Tzatziki Dip

1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dill (fresh)
1 cucumber, peeled, grated and drained
Salt to taste


Add first three ingredients together and then mix with rest of ingredients. Chill. Serve chilled with cubes of bread or raw veggies or use as gyro dressing on gyro sandwiches.
