Dips - Hot Virginia Dip

5 ounces dried beef, rinsed and patted dry and minced
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup sour cream
4 teaspoons onion, minced

Mix all ingredients and place in a casserole dish or hollowed out round of bread.Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with bread bits or crackers.

4 pkg. (2 1/2 oz each) deli corned beef, finely chopped 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed 1 can (8 oz.) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese Rye bread or crackers In a mini slow cooker, combine the first five ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or until cheese is melted; stir until blended. Serve warm with bread or crackers. Yield: about 4 cups.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 2 Tbsp milk 3/4 cup chopped corned beef 2 Tbsp minced onion 2 Tbsp minced green pepper (optional) 1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper 1/2 cup sour cream Combine all ingredients. Pour into a baking dish (one that the dip can be served from). Bake at 350: for 20 minutes until center is firm. Makes 2 cups. Good served on rye or pumpernickel party bread.
