Dips - Fruit - Creamy Caramel Fruit Dip
8 ounces cream cheese -- SOFTENED1/2 cup brown sugar -- packed
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract -- (2 to 3 tsp.)
green and red apple slices, banana chunks, pear slices, strawberries, and red grapes
Blend 1st four ingredients in a bowl with a mixer until smooth (may need to add a bit of milk to thin). Chill until serving or serve immediately.
Serve with apple slices, banana chunks, pear slices, strawberries, and red grapes.
Serving Ideas : If desired, serve with only apple slices. I use red delicious and granny smith or golden delicious apples.
