Dips - Fruit - Amaretto Fruit Dip

1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed in refrigerator
3 (3/8 oz) pkg. Lemon Jello Instant Pudding/Pie Filling
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/4 cup Amaretto


Gently whisk together sour cream and amaretto in a medium sized bowl. Stir in instant pudding mix. Gently but thoroughly stir in Cool Whip. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to combine flavors. Serve with sliced fresh fruit.

From Sandra Montagano, Lockport Makes 6 servings 4 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup half-and-half 3 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix 3 tablespoons Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur 1 tablespoon amaretto (almond-flavored liqueur) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Assorted fresh fruit (strawberries, pineapple chunks, orange wedges and/or sliced bananas), cut into bite-sized pieces In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, half-and-half, instant pudding mix, Kahlua, amaretto and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with fresh fruit for dipping.
