Dips - Fresh Mango Salsa

2 medium size ripe mangoes
1 bunch coriander (cilantro), chopped
1 medium size red pepper
1 small red onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp brown sugar
Black pepper, coarse ground
Salt


Peel and stone mangoes and cut into small dice. Seed red pepper and chop finely. Finely chop onion and crush or finely chop garlic. Mix all ingredients together and season to taste. Cover and chill.
