Dips - Curried Crab Dip
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened1 tbsp crab juice
1/4 tsp curry powder
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 c fresh lump crabmeat, drain and reserve juice
Mix thoroughly the cream cheese, crab juice, curry powder and lemon juice in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Gently fold in the crab meat. Bake for 30 minutes at 325. Serve hot with crackers or melba toast. (May be kept warm by using a chafing dish or fondue pot). Yields - about 3 cups

Dips - Seafood - Easy Crab Dip
Mix together 8 oz. cream cheese softened 1 lb. crab meat picked for shells 1 tbs. finely chopped onion 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp. cooking sherry Old Bay seasoning to taste ( 1Tbsp +/-) Mix together all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with your favorite crackers.

1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese Salt 1 bottle (12 oz) cocktail sauce 1 can (6 oz) light crabmeat, drained well Lemon juice Tabasco sauce Green onion, including tops, chopped Cut cream cheese bar in half so that it is half as thick. Place halves side by side to form a square. Salt lightly. Pour 2/3 bottle of cocktail sauce on top and sides. Palce crabmeat over sauce. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour remaining 1/3 bottle of cocktail sauce over crab. Sprinke with Tabasco. Top with green onions. Serve with crackers.
