Dips - Cheese - Asiago Cheese Dip

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese plus 1 tbsp
1/4 cup sun-dried julieene tomatoes
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced

Reconstitute sun-dried tomatoes in hot water. Clean, rinse and slice green onions. Rinse and slice mushrooms. Squeeze all the water out of the tomatoes, then julienne into fine strips. Combine all ingredients except tomatoes, then add the sun-dried tomatoes.

Place into oven-proof container. Top with remaining 1 tbsp of Asiago cheese and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until bubbly. Serve immediately with toasted beer bread.

1 lb. Brie 1 package Cream Cheese 2 onions, chopped 1 + cloves garlic, chopped 1 tsp. dill 1 tsp. brown sugar Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup sour cream French bread sliced crudités round loaf of bread Remove rind from Brie and chop Brie into small pieces. Place in microwavable bowl with cream cheese, also chopped. Microwave on high until melted, stirring occasionally. In skillet, cook onions in 1 Tbsp butter and 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium heat til caramelized (approx 15 - 20 minutes.) Add garlic during last five minutes of cooking. Add onion mixture to cheese mixture; blend well.

1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms 3 tablespoons butter 1 package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained 1 can condensed mushroom soup 1 package (6 ounces) garlic cheese, diced Generous squeeze of lemon juice Sauté onion, celery and mushrooms in butter until tender. Add to broccoli. Mix in mushroom soup and the cheese; cook over low heat until cheese is melted and well blended. A squeeze of lemon juice helps to retain the nice green color.
