Dips - Apple Cheese

8 oz cream cheese
1/3 C milk
1/2 C whipping cream
1 C tart apples, finely chopped
1 C walnuts, chopped
1/2 C Dates finely chopped
Assorted Crackers


Soften cream cheese, whip with milk and cream, stir in apples, walnuts, and dates. Let chill several hours. Serve with assorted crackers.

Makes about 3 cups.

1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed in refrigerator 3 (3/8 oz) pkg. Lemon Jello Instant Pudding/Pie Filling 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1/4 cup Amaretto Gently whisk together sour cream and amaretto in a medium sized bowl. Stir in instant pudding mix. Gently but thoroughly stir in Cool Whip. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to combine flavors. Serve with sliced fresh fruit.
