Desserts - Striped Delight

1 c flour
1 c finely chopped pecans
3/4 c sugar, divided
1/2 c margarine, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 2/3 c cold milk, divided
3 1/2 c (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed, divided
1 (6 serving size) instant pudding mix
chocolate curls, optional

Combine flour, pecans, 1/2 c of the sugar and the margarine. Mix until the flour is moistened. Press onto the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 or until lightly browned. Cool completely on a wire rack.

Combine cream cheese, remaining 1/4 c sugar and 2 tbsp of the milk. Beat until smooth. Add 1/2 of the whipped topping and mix. Spread over cooled crust.

Pour remaining milk into a mixing bowl, add pudding and beat with a wire whisk until well blended, about 1 to 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer and chill at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Spread remaining whipped topping over all just before serving. Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.

10 Hostess Twinkies 1 large (6 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix 5 regular size Heath Candy Bars 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed Cut Twinkies in half, lengthwise, and place bottom half, cream side up, in bottom of 9x13-inch dish. Mix pudding according to directions on box and spread on twinkies. Crush Heath Bars (not too fine; leave in small chunks) Sprinkle over pudding, reserving a handful for top.

1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm® Frozen Puff Pastry Shells 1 1/2 cups prepared chocolate pudding Whipped topping Green decorating sugar Red fruit strips 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm® Ginger Man OR Ginger Family Cookies Bake shells according to pkg. directions. Remove from baking sheet and cool on wire rack. Fill shells with pudding. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with green sugar. Refrigerate until serving time. Place "snow kids" in prepared shells. Serve immediately. Serves 6. To Make Snow Kids, cut 6 small fruit strips for "scarves". Wrap 1 strip around neck of each ginger cookie. Ball up pieces of fruit strips for
