Desserts - Russian Coffee Ice
1 Cup brewed coffee2 packets artificial sweetener
1 to 2 shots 80 proof vodka (pending on taste)
heavy cream to taste
Combine all ingredients and put in a container for freezer. Alcohol will not let this freeze solid. Freeze approximately overnight or more until frozen as much as possible. A spoon will break this into "flakes" and is a great treat for those who like combination of coffee and vodka.

Freeze for at least 4 to 5 hours.

15 ounces Rosé Champagne or Blanc de Noir 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar mint for garnish In a shallow freezer proof container stir together the champagne and confectioners' sugar. Place in freezer and stir mixture every 20 to 30 minutes scraping the sides into the middle so that mixture freezes evenly. Do not allow mixture to freeze solid. The granita should be soft and grainy. Scoop granita into serving glass or dish and garnish with mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
