Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 dozen coconut macaroons
1 dozen almond cookies
1/2 pint whipping cream
3 tablespoons whiskey or rum
1 can peach halves
1/2 pint whipping cream


Combine crumbled cookies with 1/2 pt cream (unwhipped) and whiskey. Put peach halves in parfait glasses, top with cookie mixture then top with whipped whipping cream.
