Desserts - Mulberry Crisp

4 cups whole fresh mulberries
1 c. unsifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 400.

Place fruit in greased 8" x 8" x 2" baking pan.

Stir together flour, sugar and cinnamon. Stir in mayonnaise until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.

Makes 8 servings.

4 - 6 large Granny Smith apples 8 graham cracker squares (2 1/2 inches each) 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup flour 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 cup butter melted Peel, core and slice apples. Prepare enough apples to fill dish 3/4 full. Finely chop graham crackers. Combine crumbs, sugar, oats, flour and spices. Add butter, mix will. Spoon nixture over apple slices.
