1 tbl. Kahlua per serving
1 scoop vanilla ice cream per serving
dollop of whipped cream per serving
chopped nuts or cookie crumbs, for garnish

Place 1 tbl. Kahlua in the bottom of each parfait glass.Cover with a scoop of ice crea. Top with a dollop of whipped cream. Continue layering to fit container. Top with whipped cream and nuts or cookie crumbs. Put into freezer until a few min. before serving.

1 (3-1/2 oz.) pkg. instant coconut cream pudding mix 1 pint sour cream 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/4 cup sugar 2 tsp. almond extract 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling 3-1/2 oz. shredded coconut whipped cream (for garnish; optional) Combine pudding, sour cream and cream cheese; whip until smooth. Slowly add the sugar and extracts. Spoon into 8 (6 ounce) parfait glasses until almost 1/2 full. Spoon in a layer of cherry pie filling, reserving 8 cherries for garnish.
