Desserts - Jello Dessert With Pretzels

1 1/2 c. pretzels, broken with rolling pin
2 T. sugar
3/4 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 large package raspberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) packages frozen sweetened raspberries

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine crushed pretzels, sugar and margarine and press on bottom of 13 by 9" pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and pour on top of crust.

Dissolve Jello in boiling water.Add raspberries and mix until well combined. Pour Jello mixture over top of pan.Refrigerate until set.

1 box yellow cake mix 1 (4 serving size) package any flavor Jello 1 (4 serving size) package instant vanilla pudding 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip 1 teaspoon vanilla Bake cake as directed in a 9x13 pan. Mix jello as directed and let stand at room temperature. Mix pudding as directed. Fold in Cool Whip and vanilla, chill. After cake is done, poke holes all over and pour Jello over cake while hot. Let cool, then top with the pudding mixture.

This is a clone of the old Jello 1-2-3 recipe. Three layers are made as the Jello cools in the refrigerator. 3/4 cup boiling water 1 package (4-serving size) Jell-o brand gelatin -- any flavor 1/2 cup cold water ice cubes 1/2 cup Cool Whip Non-Dairy Whipped Topping -- thawed Pour boiling water into blender. Add gelatin. Cover and blend at low speed until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 30 seconds. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1-1/4 cups. Add to gelatin and stir until ice is partially melted. Then add whipped topping; blend at high speed
