Desserts - Funnel Cakes

1 1/3 cups flour
2 tbl. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 egg


Mix egg and milk. Add dry ingredients. Beat until smooth. Fry in oil at 375 at least 2 inches deep.

Brush with butter and sprinkle conf. sugar or cinnamon on top.
